Dear sport friends,

we present to you the XXVII. Breeding Pigeons Catalog 2026, which is also the seventh catalog focused on comparing quality in One Loft Race facilities – testing stations.

The first major success, right at the beginning of 2025, was 9th place in the Extra Long Distance 896 km in the winter edition of OLR Carmelo Yupi 2024-2025. This was achieved by the pigeon "Barcelona".

We´re very successful in the OLR Tatry Derby, which is part of the World League championship. In this competition, our team TALENT QUATRO Gruz & Matuska took a beautiful third place. We also took third place in the OLR Tatry Derby team competition.

In the final race of the OLR Tatry Derby, which was 490 km long, our pigeon "Belgium Best" took 5th place, just 69 seconds behind the winner.

In the Extra Final of the Tatry Derby with a distance of 520 km, our pigeon "Fast Marcel" took a respectable 13th place. It was a relatively difficult race, with only 22 pigeons reaching their home on the first day.

The 15th ace of the OLR Tatry Derby was the hen "Tatry Girl," sister of the OLR Talent Quatro phenomena from 2024, namely the pigeons "Hereford" and „Aberdeen“.

We still have a vested interest in the winter editions of OLR Carmelo Yupi, Lasterie-Zwiep and Derby Chipiona.

New reinforcements for 2026:

I will divide these reinforcements into three groups. The first group will include our pigeons, which we bought back after their successes. The second group will include purchased foreign successful pigeons, and the third group will include pigeons that have not raced but come from excellent racers.

I.

The first reinforcement is definitely the pigeon "Barcelona" (pair no. 4), which won 9th prize in the Extra Long Distance Barcelona 896 km. Overall, it has 4,238 km to its credit in the OLR Carmelo Yupi. He´s the son of the pigeon "Krakus Ace" (pair no. 7) and the hen "Caroline." The pigeon "Krakus Ace" was the 1st Ace pigeon in the long distance in OLR Krakus 2023, and "Caroline" was the daughter of the pigeon "Caroli," the 1st Time Ace OLR Talent Quatro 2022.

Another pigeon we bought back is the hen "Belgium Best" (pair no. 11), which won 5th prize in the OLR Tatry Derby final with a distance of 490 km. She was only 69 seconds behind the winner. She is the daughter of our excellent pair No. 3 "Wolke" x "New Ynthe." This family includes "Kuwait Bee,""New Derby,""Denis,""Jumper," and "Equalizer."

The third pigeon from our loft is "Fast Marcel" (pair no. 14), who won a very nice 13th prize in the OLR Tatry Derby 2025 Extra Final. This 520 km long race was very difficult. Only 22 pigeons reached their home on the first day. He was bred from the pigeon "Marcello" (pair no. 6), which comes from a breeding collaboration between Zdeněk Štěpánek's Academy Loft and our Talent Quatro Gruz & Matuska. His pedigree includes four winners of the Ace Pigeon category!!! 1st Ace OLR Talent Quatro 2018 "Bulck", 1st Ace TS Tatry Derby 2019 and 1st Ace TS Řečany 2020. On our side, it is the hen "Thalia" (pair no. 2) from the double OLR Talent Quatro winners, the German Rupprecht brothers. She was the 1st Ace pigeon Talent Quatro 2020 and is also the cousin of the hen "Kati", 1st Final Talent Quatro 2018. The mother of "Fast Marcel" is "Leandra," 3rd Super Ace OLR Derby Zagreb 2021.

The latest reinforcement to this category is the hen "Tatry Girl," 15th Ace Pigeon OLR Tatry Derby 2025. She is the daughter of "Ganus Typhoon" and "Eder Ace" (both pair no. 1) and is therefore the sister of two famous pigeons OLR Talent Quatro 2024. The first brother is "Hereford," 1st Ace, 1st Time Ace, 3rd Super Ace, 3rd Zohor 160 km, and 3rd Final 510 km. The second brother is "Aberdeen," 2nd Super Ace, 5th Time Ace, 6th Ace, and 4th very difficult race Nyirád 305 km.

The biggest reinforcement is definitely the best OLR Talent Quatro 2025 pigeon named "Equalizer" from Radek Červeňák's breeding program. This pigeon won the titles of 1st Ace, 1st Super Ace on the 305, 410 and 510 km races, 2nd prize in the 410 km semifinals, and 2nd prize in the 510 km finals. He is the grandson of our excellent pair "Wolke" and "New Ynthe" (pair no. 3) and has thus joined the outstanding family of pigeons "Kuwait Bee,""New Derby,""Denis," and "Jumper." His mother comes from the breeding loft of Jaroslav Bureš. It is a pairing of excellent pigeons from Swiss breeder Simon Wolf and Czech fixed star Marek Skrbek. In this bloodline, you will find the 1st Ace TS Spiš Race 2015 and 1st prize in the OLR Tatry Derby 2014 final.

The second reinforcement is "Smart Hugo" (pair no. 9) from top German breeder Hans-Paul Esser. He won 3rd prize in the OLR Tatry Derby 2025 Extra Final. This 520 km race was very difficult. Only 22 pigeons reached their home on the first day. At the same time, "Smart Hugo" became the 1st Ace pigeon from the three longest races of 310, 490, and 520 km.

The last two reinforcements come from Spain. They are the pigeons "Rodri" (pair no. 18) and "Juan" (pair no. 8). Both come from the duo of breeders, Rodriguez Juan & Juan. What caught my attention about these pigeons was that "Rodri" won 2nd prize in a 701 km race and "Juan" won 7th prize in the same race. Overall, each of them flew in OLR Carmelo Yupi a total of 3,342 km during the season. The owner commented on the origin of these pigeons, saying: "They are old bloodlines of good long-distance pigeons."

This category includes two sisters, "Billa" (pair no. 9) and "Wild Billa" (pair no. 7), who were bred from the pigeon "Ace Romario" (pair no. 10) from Simon Wolf's loft and the hen "Tarabilla" (pair no. 5). The mother of the pigeon "Ace Romario" is a sister who bred the winner of the OLR Talent Quatro in 2023. This winner is now at the PIPA loft in Belgium. Here he was given the name "Quatro Romario" and is doing Simon Wolf a lot of publicity. The hen "Tarabilla" won 2nd prize in the Spanish OLR Carmello Yuppi from 820 km and the title of 1st Ace from all 10 races held in a total of 4,242 km. At the same time, she won the 2nd Ace of Extra Long Distances. This competition included races of 500 km, 500 km, 730 km, and 820 km.

Another genetic reinforcement is the hen "Beef Girl" (pair no. 18) from Zdeněk Štěpánek's Academy Loft. She is the daughter of one of the phenomena of the OLR Talent Quatro 2024 season, the pigeon "Aberdeen": 2nd Super Ace, 5th Time Ace, 6th Ace, 4th prize from the very difficult Nyirád 305 km race. She is also the niece of the pigeon "Hereford": 1st Ace, 1st Time Ace, 3rd Super Ace, 3rd Zohor 160 km, 3rd Final 510 km. These excellent siblings were bred from the pigeon "Ganus Typhoon" (pair no. 1) and the hen "Eder Ace" (pair no. 1). The mother's side of the hen "Beef Girl" is based on excellent pigeons from the Ganus Family Loft. This long-distance branch is based on the pigeon "Scorpion" and his daughter "Simply The Best", 1st Ace Hosier Classic, 1st Final 563 km. This American loft regularly achieves the greatest successes in the world One Loft Race.

The latest addition this year is the hen "Lady Pepi" (pair no. 14) from Zdeněk Štěpánek's Academy Loft. She carries the bloodline of the super pigeon "Josef" from Georg Fröhlingsdorf's breeding program. "Josef" won many prizes, including 6 first prizes and 4 second prizes. His offspring have won 28 first prizes!!! He is the grandfather of "Thomas 6" – 1st place in the 2018 Golden Algarve Final with a 24-minute lead. All this is complemented by the superb bloodline of "Romario." The rest of the orogin is the result of cooperation between the Academy Loft and Lubomír Kubáček loft. It features the pigeon "King Ali" SG Steffl, 2nd Ace Talent Quatro 2019, and "Miss Tatra," 1st Tatra Derby Final, an extremely difficult race. "Miss Tatra" won first place when she arrived the next morning, 1 hour ahead of the second pigeon!!!
